Bridgeways Grief and Family Counselling

I am a Registered Psychologist and Canadian Certified Counsellor. I understand that physical and mental health concerns can impact life in various ways. My approach is to provide a non-judgmental space for people to find the root cause of their presenting concerns, while providing practical tools that can be applied immediately towards the change people would like to see in themselves. I am also now offering general adult diagnostic assessments to further support clients. Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you would like further information.

I have training in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I also practice from the perspective of Trauma-Informed Care. I enjoy working with people of all faiths, and cultural backgrounds, including individual adults, couples, older adults, and people who are a part of the LGBTQ2S+ community.
